Role Purpose
Responsible for overseeing pest control operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. The role focuses on managing field teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining customer satisfaction, and optimizing operational performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pest control operations and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Lead, train, and manage pest control technicians to achieve high performance and service quality.
- Develop and implement pest management strategies tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to procedures and safety guidelines.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage service schedules, resource allocation, and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote pest control services.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and performance reporting.
Preferred Candidate
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Entomology, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A postgraduate qualification in Operations Management or Business Administration (preferred).
Professional Certificates
- Certified Pest Control Operator License (from relevant regulatory authority).
- Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Certification (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) preferred.
