We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven
Territory Manager
(Southern California)
to help expand nüm throughout hospitals and healthcare systems within an assigned territory. This role is ideal for someone passionate about patient care, clinical education, and healthcare innovation.

Position Summary
The Territory Manager is responsible for building and growing 623 Medical’s nüm business within an assigned territory. This includes developing relationships with key clinical and supply chain stakeholders, supporting product evaluations and implementations, and expanding business across both acute and non-acute care settings.
The Territory Manager will also provide ongoing post-sale support, education, and in-service training to ensure customers have a successful experience with nüm and continue to see value from the product.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Growth & Sales Execution

Achieve and exceed territory sales goals and revenue objectives

Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and healthcare systems

Expand utilization within existing accounts while opening new departments and applications
-
Develop strategic territory plans to increase market share and long-term account growth
Clinical Education & Product Expertise

Become a clinical expert on nüm and confidently communicate its benefits to healthcare professionals
-
Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, and in-service education for clinical teams
-
Educate customers on comfort care initiatives, workflow efficiencies, and patient experience benefits
-
Position nüm effectively against competing products in the market
Relationship Development

Build strong relationships with nurses, clinicians, Child Life teams, supply chain, educators, and leadership

Collaborate with distributor partners and internal leadership to align sales strategy and account support
-
Serve as a trusted clinical and consultative resource for customers
Customer Success & Implementation

Support successful onboarding and implementation of nüm within healthcare systems
-
Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up with customers to ensure positive outcomes and long-term satisfaction

Assist with product conversions, training, and education during launches
Qualifications & Skills
Preferred Background
-
Medical sales or healthcare-related sales experience preferred

Clinical backgrounds such as:

Registered Nurse (RN)

Child Life Specialist
-
Infusion Nurse
-
Pediatric healthcare professional
-
Patient experience or comfort care advocate

Experience working within hospital environments preferred

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of outside B2B, healthcare, or medical sales experience preferred

Ability to meet credentialing requirements for hospital access

Must pass background check and drug screening
Work Environment

Field-based position with travel throughout assigned territory

Combination of hospital visits, remote work, and customer meetings
