We are currently seeking a Territory Manager (TM) to join our our Ohio Valley Region Sales Team. This is an incredible opportunity for a highly driven sales professional to help Pulmonx build out Zephyr Valve Programs within our Detroit West Territory! To best support the business this individual must live in the Detroit Metro area.

Travel: This role will rarely require overnight travel.


What you’ll do in this role:

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas, targets and KPI’s for Pulmonx products in assigned territory.
  • Partner with Regional Business Director to develop a territory business plan and update progress regularly
  • Gain commitment from treating centers and non-treating physicians to screen COPD patients for eligibility and promote adherence to screening protocols to expand the access of Zephyr valves
  • Leverage physician champions to educate and advocate for a structured, programmatic approach to pulmonary care.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and educator for physicians, ensuring proper understanding of patient selection, procedural techniques, and post-treatment care for the Zephyr Valve procedure.
  • Maintain and grow existing pulmonary programs within assigned territory, optimizing patient identification, screening, and care delivery.
  • Retain and strengthen existing account business by driving physician engagement and promoting patient screening
  • Provide Zephyr valve case coverage as needed
  • Participate in BVLR (Bronchoscopic Lung Volume Reduction) meetings to drive physician participation, review StratX Report results and track progress
  • Ensure all StratX Reports are attributed in all accounts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
  • 3–5 years of medical device sales experience with at least 2 years selling into an acute care (hospital) setting
  • Experience supporting endoscopy, pulmonary, or minimally invasive surgery (MIS) procedures is required.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Experience launching or commercializing new medical technology is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, clinicians, nurses, and hospital staff. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • High energy, self-motivated, results-oriented, with sound business judgment.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet the needs of the business.

Compensation: Base + Variable compensation $180K at plan
