Role Summary: We are seeking a high-caliber Territory Manager to lead our healthcare infrastructure and medical lighting expansion across the Nordic region. This role is responsible for driving the adoption of human-centric lighting (HCL) solutions within hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between technical sales and clinical science, using a medical background to advocate for lighting environments that enhance patient recovery and staff well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Market Expansion: Identify and secure large-scale lighting infrastructure projects within the Nordic healthcare sector, focusing on hospitals and clinical environments.
  • Clinical Consultation: Act as a subject matter expert, advising medical directors and hospital boards on the physiological impacts of lighting (e.g., circadian rhythms, blue-light mitigation, and infection control).
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, including hospital procurement officers, healthcare architects, and government health authorities.
  • Tender & Proposal Management: Lead the technical and commercial response for Nordic healthcare tenders, ensuring compliance with regional standards and medical requirements.
  • Cross-Border Leadership: Manage sales activities across Finland and Sweden, leveraging local language skills and cultural insights to navigate complex institutional sales cycles.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A degree in Medicine, Science, or a related clinical field is highly preferred to ensure peer-to-peer credibility with healthcare professionals.
  • Sales & Account Management: Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and representing premium brands in international markets.+2
