Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic go-to-market plan for Alliage in Saudi & Egypt, ensuring alignment with the company's global objectives and market potential. Manage day-to-day operations with clients and distributors, focusing on CBCT products, to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with Alliage's partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term collaboration. Analyze market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities in the dental equipment market. Lead the promotion and positioning of Alliage's dental solutions, ensuring a competitive specially in the CBCT segment. Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Service, Logistics, and Product Development to optimize business operations and customer support. Provide training and technical support to partners on Alliage's CBCT and other dental equipment to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement. Monitor business performance, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions as needed to meet business goals. Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and Alliage's internal policies. Represent Alliage at trade shows, dental expos, and professional events to enhance brand visibility and Industry Influence.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Dentistry, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record of working with distributors, sales reps, clients, DSO's and/or dental professionals in Saudi & Egypt. Knowledge about the CBCT market is essential.
Key Competencies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Strategic thinking, hands-on attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
Willingness to travel frequently within Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and internationally.
