Job Title: Territory Sales Executive – Solar Installation

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executives to join our solar installation team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for renewable energy, and a willingness to learn. Freshers with the right attitude and interest in sales are highly encouraged to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Generating leads and identifying sales opportunities for Solar Systems.
  • Conducting client meetings, presentations, and on-site assessments.
  • Negotiating and closing deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Building strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborating with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Any graduate (Freshers can apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of solar systems is an advantage (training will be provided).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and project-related work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
