Role Summary

The Territory Sales Executive is responsible for field sales activities including daily market visits, lead generation, order booking, dealer management, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities1. Daily Market Visits

  • Visit dealers, fabricators, contractors, builders, and project sites.
  • Generate new inquiries and identify sales opportunities.
  • Conduct site visits to understand product requirements.

2. Sales & Order Booking

  • Achieve monthly sales targets for the assigned area.
  • Follow up with customers for quotations and conversions.
  • Promote products and explain features, benefits, and applications.

3. Dealer / Channel Support

  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners.
  • Ensure availability of products and timely order placement.
  • Communicate schemes, offers, and new product updates.

4. Market Development

  • Identify new dealers/fabricators and onboard them.
  • Expand market reach within the territory.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and new product movements.

5. Customer Service & Coordination

  • Handle customer issues and ensure resolution with internal teams.
  • Coordinate with logistics for delivery and with accounts for payment follow-up.
  • Support customers with product information and basic technical guidance.

6. Reporting

  • Prepare Daily Sales Report (DSR).
  • Maintain inquiry pipeline and customer follow-up tracker.
  • Regularly update the sales manager on market trends and sales performance.

Skills Required

  • Strong field sales & communication skills
  • Good negotiation and customer handling skills
  • Territory knowledge and market mapping ability
  • Basic technical understanding (for building materials/UPVC/industrial products)
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate / Diploma
  • 1–4 years experience in field sales (building materials, UPVC, hardware, industrial or construction industry preferred)
  • Willingness to travel extensively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,370.50 - ₹34,517.57 per month
