Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Palakkad

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our customer base and drive sales growth in the Kollam region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, calls, and referrals
  • Meet clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions
  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Prepare daily sales and activity reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree
  • Experience in sales or business development preferred
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Willingness to travel within Kollam
