We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Incharge (TSI) to drive our sales operations in

Hyderabad. The role involves identifying strong distributors, driving secondary sales in

premium supermarkets and high-end groceries, and expanding overall market penetration.

The ideal candidate will have deep exposure to FMCG retail in Hyderabad and strong

relationships within the distributor and retail network.

Distributor Appointment & Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard capable distributors with strong coverage and

delivery capability.

  • Manage distributor performance, including sales targets, collections, stock levels,

and credit cycles.

Sales Execution & Target Achievement

  • Drive and achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned

territory.

  • Create structured route plans and ensure effective coverage through Distributor

Salesmen (DSRs).

  • Track outlet performance, SKU-wise contribution.
  • Monitor outlet-level sales and identify opportunities to boost volume.

Market Expansion & Retail Development

  • Expand presence in premium supermarkets, high-end grocery stores, and

neighbourhood retail.

  • Build strong relationships with store owners, managers, and purchase heads.
  • Identify new outlets and ensure quick onboarding through distributors.

Availability, Visibility & Merchandising

  • Ensure product availability, replenishment, and shelf consistency through DSRs.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor execution quality and identify gaps.

Sales Promotion & In-Store Activities

Plan and execute sampling drives, in-store activations, and promotional campaigns.

Work with retailers and distributors to implement trade schemes and festival promotions.

Commercials & Profitability Management

Manage trade margins, schemes, discounts, and pricing compliance across the territory.

Verify and maintain accuracy of invoices, returns, and damage claims.

Market Intelligence & Competitor Tracking

Track competitor pricing, offers, visibility, and new product launches.

Identify market trends, consumer preferences, and seasonal demand variations.

Share actionable market insights with management.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain updated databases of distributors, outlets, coverage routes, and sales reports.

Submit weekly/monthly reports on targets, achievements, competitor activity, and key initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

5+ years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in Namkeens, Snacks.

Strong network in Hyderabads retail and distribution ecosystem.

Solid understanding of FMCG sales commercials, margins, and trade incentives.

Proven experience in handling distributors and driving secondary sales.

Energetic, self-motivated, and strong in on-ground execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
