PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY

To meet the territory revenue targets in the identified lighting segments in line with Annual Budget and monthly S&OP. Dealing with architect and consultant, electrical contractors, generation of sales, getting orders & approval of make for Crompton.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Collection

  • Achieve assigned budgets for month, quarter Target via department and institutions
  • Generate business from Municipalities, Government department,
  • Railways, MES, Industries, Hotel, Hospital and other reputed institutions in assigned territory
  • Ensure Collection from department & Institutions through contactor and EPC as per project timelines and approval
  • Conducting Regular seminar display s in department, govt offices and institutions
  • Expansion of business in territory

Channel

  • Alignment of Big channel partners in the territory.
  • Maintain relation and frequent visits to existing channel partners in assigned territory

External

Competition Analysis, market trends etc.

How we Measure your Performance

  • % Annual Sales budget
  • Products in respective PL (e.g. - Commercial/Industry / Solar / HM etc)
  • Collection & ROD % of primary revenue
  • Channel appointment - Vs Target
  • Maintain Lead - 7X & Bid - 4X of target (SFDC Tool)
