Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support a telesales team to achieve conversion and revenue targets.
- Monitor daily KPIs including conversion rate, call quality, daily connects, and productivity.
- Conduct coaching, training, and performance reviews to improve sales skills and cultural sensitivity.
- Ensure high-quality member interactions with empathy and adherence to Shaadi.com guidelines.
- Handle escalations, resolve member concerns, and maintain compliance with data privacy standards.
- Track sales trends, share insights with management, and ensure CRM accuracy.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports, manage team schedules, and maintain operational discipline.
