Aqua Bath is a growing premium bathroom solutions brand offering sanitaryware, faucets, shower systems, basins, concealed tanks, flexible stone, and luxury interior products across Pakistan.
The Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Territory Sales Manager to develop new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth within assigned territories.
The ideal candidate will have experience in construction materials, sanitaryware, tiles, interiors, or related industries and possess strong relationship-building and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow business within assigned territories.
- Identify and acquire new customers and sales opportunities.
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, retailers, and other industry stakeholders.
- Conduct regular market visits and client meetings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of sales or business development experience.
- Experience in sanitaryware, tiles, building materials, interiors, furniture, kitchens, construction materials, or related industries preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for field sales.
- Ability to develop long-term business relationships.
- Own transport is preferred.
