Territory Sales Manager (High Commission + Bonuses + Paid Fuel)

Position Overview:

As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing a sales territory, building relationships, and driving new business for MoldShield. This position is 100% commission-based with one of the highest commission structures in the industry — plus monthly bonuses, residuals, and company-paid fuel. Company car provided after 6 month probationary period.

Top performers routinely earn $100K+ annually, and motivated first-year managers typically earn $70K+. After a 6-month probationary period representatives are eligible for a company vehicle.

This role combines door-to-door residential sales and business-to-business (B2B) development. Door-to-door often yields the highest commissions, but you’ll have the freedom to manage your approach as long as sales goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and close new business within your assigned territory
  • Present MoldShield’s protection plans to homeowners, property managers, and business owners
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and insurance professionals
  • Manage your schedule and pipeline to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Submit customer contracts and sales reports accurately and on time
  • Represent MoldShield professionally in the community and at industry events

Requirement's:

  • Previous sales experience required
  • Experience in door-to-door, B2B, or service industry sales preferred
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong work ethic, drive, and self-discipline
  • Reliable transportation (fuel provided by company)
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
