We're expanding in the USA — and we want driven sales professionals to grow with us!
Macron is one of Europe's leading teamwear brands, trusted by professional clubs, national federations, and grassroots teams across 100+ countries. Now we're building our commercial network across the United States — and we're looking for passionate, connected Territory Sales Managers to join us.

Posizione

What you'll do:
  • Prospect and develop new accounts across your territory.
  • Our market is simple: anyone who wears a uniform — sports clubs, schools, colleges, leagues and federations across soccer, basketball, volleyball, rugby, baseball, softball, lacrosse, football, and more.
  • But also: corporate teams, hospitality & restaurant groups, bars & venues, gyms & fitness studios, municipalities, and any organization that needs custom branded apparel.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships across all these segments.
  • Represent Macron's full range of custom teamwear and uniform solutions backed by a global brand.

Our rules of engagement:
  • Every manager works inside the Macron ecosystem — our CRM, order management platform, customization tools, and marketing assets are your daily toolkit.
  • CRM adoption is required — pipeline visibility and account tracking are how we support you, measure progress, and invest in your territory.
  • A signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required before onboarding begins — we share proprietary pricing, product, and client data with our network and we protect it seriously.

Requisiti

Who you are:
  • Well-connected in US sports, corporate, or hospitality.
  • Experienced in B2B sales; a background in sportswear, apparel, or branded merchandise is a strong plus.
  • Process-oriented and comfortable working inside a CRM and shared sales ecosystem.
  • A self-starter who thrives with autonomy, clear goals and has an analytical approach.
  • English — required.
  • Spanish — strongly advised.
  • Any additional language is always welcome.

This is a commission-only, independent contractor (1099) role — designed for someone with an existing network who wants to represent a premium European brand with real momentum in the US market.
