System4 connects commercial clients with trusted service providers for janitorial and facility management needs. We don’t perform the services directly - we manage the relationships, contracts, and quality so our clients can focus on running their business.
The Role
We’re seeking bold, self-driven Territory Sales Managers to grow and retain our client base across the Seattle and Tacoma Metros areas. This is a field-based, relationship-focused role. Roughly 80% in the field meeting with prospects and clients, and 20% in the Meridian office.
You’ll build, manage, and grow your own portfolio of clients, taking full ownership of the sales and account management lifecycle - from prospecting and closing new business to nurturing long-term client relationships and driving retention and expansion. This role does not manage people or have territorial exclusivity.
While you’ll work with a high level of independence and accountability, you’ll be supported by an engaged executive team and part of a cross-market Revenue Operations team that collaborates to share insights, strategies, and tools for success.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through field prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
- Lead the full sales cycle - from discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close
- Manage client relationships throughout their lifecycle to ensure satisfaction, retention, and account growth
- Partner with service providers to deliver high-quality client outcomes
- Act independently and strategically to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Contribute insights and market feedback to strengthen company strategy
- Track activities, leads, and progress using company tools
- Represent System4 with professionalism, initiative, and integrity in every interaction

- 2+ years in sales, business development, or account management (or BA in related field)
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Comfortable using smartphone apps, Google Workspace, and basic Microsoft tools
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Base: $50,000–$75,000 DOE and market
- Incentives: Performance-based bonuses and rewards
