Territory Sales Manager, Southwest

US BioTek is offering an exciting career path as a Territory Sales Manager for the Southwest, responsible for sales in AZ, CO, NM, NV, UT and WY. This position will target, acquire, and manage new and existing clinician accounts via outbound calls, e-mails and online meetings for both US BioTek and its subsidiary company, RealTime Labs.

This is a remote position; candidates must be located in the Central or Pacific Time Zone.

  • Drive regional sales growth by acquiring new clinician accounts and expanding existing relationships
  • Identify, prospect, and engage healthcare practitioners through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into active accounts
  • Reactivate lapsed accounts and re-engage underperforming or slumped accounts
  • Develop a strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive forces within the assigned territory
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the product portfolio, including clinical applications and competitive differentiators
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Participate in twice-weekly virtual sales meetings with the global sales team
  • Attend and represent the company at local and national trade shows
  • Demonstrate coachability and openness to feedback to support continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of sales growth and goal achievement
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to sales performance
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service, presentation, and active listening abilities
  • Ability to multitask while delivering consistent results
  • College degree and/or relevant experience in medical or healthcare sales
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
  • Proficiency with PC-based tools, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree
  • Laboratory sales experience or holistic/preventative medical sales experience
  • Experience with HubSpot, or other CRM

Compensation: $70k base + commission

US BioTek acquired Real Time Labs, a world leader in Mycotoxin testing, in March 2024.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
