Territory Sales Manager (TSM) / Account Manager

The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) for the Color Studio division is responsible for driving revenue growth, market share, and brand visibility across Karachi. This role oversees the sales, distribution, and merchandising operations for our Cosmetics, Skincare, and Personal Care portfolios. The ideal candidate will manage beauty advisors, optimize distributor networks, and build strong relationships with modern trade, general trade, and specialized beauty counters.

Key Responsibilities. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and value targets for Karachi.
  • Monitor primary (company to distributor) and secondary (distributor to retail) sales daily.
  • Identify and onboard new retail outlets, beauty clinics, and departmental stores.
  • Implement localized trade promotions, discounts, and consumer offers effectively.

2. Distribution & Channel Management

  • Manage and evaluate the performance of city-wide distributors and wholesale networks.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels, prevent product stock-outs, and minimize market returns/expiry.
  • Expand the brand’s footprint across Modern Trade (MT), General Trade (GT), and standalone cosmetic shops.

3. Team Leadership & Counter Operations

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Officers and In-Store Beauty Advisors (BAs).
  • Monitor BA attendance, grooming standards, sales pitches, and individual daily targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and field-coaching sessions for frontline staff.

4. Merchandising & Brand Visibility

  • Ensure flawless execution of Planograms and visual merchandising standards at beauty hubs.
  • Secure premium shelf space and "Eye-Level" placement for new launches at POS counters.
  • Monitor the upkeep and branding of Color Studio testers, kiosks, and standees.

5. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, new launches, and promotional schemes.
  • Analyze market trends in cosmetics and skincare to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Provide weekly, and monthly sales forecasts and market feedback to the leadership team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Target Achievement: Percentage fulfillment of assigned secondary and primary sales targets.
  • Numeric Distribution: Percentage increase in active retail accounts across Karachi.
  • Share of Shelf: Maintenance and growth of designated display space versus competitors.
  • Team Productivity: Average sales value generated per Beauty Advisor/Sales Officer.

Job RequirementsEducation & Experience

  • Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in the Beauty, Cosmetics, or FMCG Personal Care industry within Karachi.

Skills & Competencies

  • Deep knowledge of Karachi’s cosmetics markets (e.g., modern trade chains, Market wholesale, top tier beauty salons, and retail networks).
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and sales tracking software (e.g., Salesforce, ERPs).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

Physical & Logistics Requirements

  • Must possess a valid driving license and a personal vehicle for extensive field travel across Karachi.
  • Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, weekends, or during major promotional events.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
