Territory Sales Manager (TSM) — Karachi

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, target-driven, and experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead LondonShine's sales operations across assigned areas within Karachi. You will be responsible for driving secondary sales, managing distributor relationships, leading a team of Sales Officers and Field Sales Representatives, and ensuring LondonShine's products achieve maximum visibility and availability across retail channels. This is a frontline leadership role with direct accountability for revenue growth and market expansion within your territory.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual secondary sales targets within the assigned territory
  • Develop and execute territory-level sales plans to drive volume, value, and distribution growth
  • Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions to close target gaps
  • Drive numeric and weighted distribution of LondonShine's product range across all trade channels

Distributor & Channel Management

  • Manage and develop distributor relationships within the territory — ensuring stock availability, order processing, and timely payments
  • Conduct regular distributor reviews to assess performance against agreed targets and KPIs
  • Identify, onboard, and develop new distributors or sub-distributors where required
  • Ensure distributor claims, returns, and credit notes are processed accurately and on time

Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and supervise a team of Sales Officers and Field Sales Representatives
  • Plan and assign beat routes, call schedules, and daily targets for the field team
  • Conduct regular field visits to coach the team, audit coverage, and ensure call quality
  • Drive team performance through motivation, on-the-job training, and accountability

Trade & Retail Execution

  • Ensure strong in-store execution — shelf presence, product placement, pricing compliance, and visibility materials (POS) across general trade and modern trade outlets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key retailers, wholesalers, and pharmacy/supermarket buyers within the territory
  • Identify and act on opportunities to expand LondonShine's presence into new outlets and trade channels

Reporting & Market Intelligence

  • Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Regional/National Sales Manager
  • Gather and share competitor intelligence — pricing, promotions, new launches, and distribution activities
  • Provide ground-level feedback to marketing and management on trade conditions, consumer trends, and product performance

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of field sales experience in FMCG, preferably in household, personal care, or cleaning products
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (BBA); MBA is a plus
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a field sales team
  • Strong knowledge of Karachi's trade landscape, general trade, modern trade, wholesale markets, and pharmacy channels
  • Experience managing distributor networks and secondary sales operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with sales reporting tools
  • Must own a motorbike and hold a valid driving licence
  • Willingness to work extensively in the field across the assigned territory
