Territory Sales Manager – Wholesale (East Coast / West Coast)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to represent client product line across the wholesale market on the East Coast or West Coast. This role is key to driving new customer acquisition, expanding revenue, and building lasting relationships with glaziers, dealers, and distributors. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and be motivated to grow market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in client product line and represent it confidently to customers.
  • Travel frequently (approx. 65%) within the assigned region (East Coast or West Coast).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with glaziers, dealers, and distributors.
  • Conduct on-site meetings, presentations, and client visits to promote offerings.
  • Manage accounts, follow-ups, and pipeline opportunities within the territory.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery.
  • Provide market insights and feedback on customer needs to management.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of wholesale sales experience; direct sales to glaziers is a plus.
  • Proven track record in negotiation and closing sales.
  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, in-person, and digital platforms (e.g., MS Teams).
  • Experience building and executing sales strategies that adapt to market trends.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
