Territory Sales Officer

We are recruiting for our client, a growing manufacturer of household products.

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive sales through distributor network to achieve primary and secondary targets.

· Ensure effective secondary sales to support strong primary business results.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and their teams.

· Monitor market execution, product availability, and visibility.

· Plan and implement market visits to track sales performance.

· Ensure timely reporting and achievement of deadlines.

· Work under pressure and meet monthly sales goals.

Requirements:

· At least Graduation.

· 2–3 years of field sales experience in a similar role.

· Experience in FMCG products is mandatory (preferably detergents).

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Target-oriented with proven problem-solving ability.
