Territory Sales Rep Landscape Design & Tree Removal (Renton/Eastside)

MTS Tree and Landscape is looking for a passionate and skilled Sales Consultant. We are seeking an experienced ISA Certified Consulting Arborist, or be willing to become Certified through our training program, with strong sales skills. We are also open to training the right candidate who possesses strong sales abilities and is committed to becoming an ISA Certified Arborist.

In this role, you will follow a pre-set schedule to meet and consult with residential and commercial clients, offering expert advice and services for their trees and shrubs. Your consultations will cover aesthetics, vegetation health, and safety assessments.

You will provide clients with various options to address each scenario, delivering onsite estimates for the opportunity of a one-stop close. Daily and weekly follow-ups will be part of your process for clients who need more time to make decisions.

Competitive pay based on experience, hourly plus commission and performance bonuses

Hourly wages: $30-40/ hr. Plus $500 sign-on bonus and company car (Tesla) after 90 days.

***BASIC REQUIREMENTS***

- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience

- Reliable smartphone and basic CRM and scheduling knowledge

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

- Capable of following detailed instructions or using best judgment to complete tasks as needed

- Possesses an eye for detail and takes pride in results

- Professionalism, punctuality, and consistency required

- Current Washington state driver's license

- Reliable transportation

*** DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES***

- Follow a preset schedule for residential and commercial appointments to consult on tree and shrub needs and provide estimates.

- Estimate and sell tree and shrub work based on customer needs and wants, while effectively communicating safety and health knowledge to find the best solutions for clients.

- Perform tree risk assessments.

- Achieve required weekly sales percentages and dollar amounts.

- Identify common signs of disease or pest infestations.

- Perform Level 1 and 2 tree analysis and identify potential hazards.

- Clearly and simply communicate hazards and mitigation options to clients.Ability to help clients visualize the appearance and feel of their property after service.
