Technical Leadership

Provide technical leadership and direction for test automation initiatives across connectivity projects.

Lead requirements analysis and define the automation strategy and framework architecture.

Mentor automation engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce development and automation best practices.

Guide the team in design decisions, framework improvements, and adoption of scalable automation solutions.

Lead test analysis, defect management, and reporting, providing clear insights on product quality and automation effectiveness.

Technical Scope

Design, implement, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Robot Framework and Python.

Develop and maintain automated test cases and reusable automation libraries.

Execute automated test suites and ensure reliable test execution within CI/CD pipelines.

Perform test analysis and evaluation and support defect identification and logging.

Develop automated procedures for test execution, result analysis, traceability repositories, and automated test reporting.

Advanced Python:

• Able to write Python Class/Object using OOPs.

• Python concepts like decorators,

• Generators/Iterators,

• Threading,

• Exception Handling,

• Design Patterns

• pip and Virtual Environment
