Test Engineer (Washington, DC)

Years of Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience

Candidates must have an active Government Agency Public Trust or the ability to obtain one.

Z FEDERAL is seeking a Test Engineer that has knowledge and experience working with engineers to support agile testing process of various applications and systems. This position will support one of our Federal Government customers in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Develop automated tests using Cucumber and Selenium, and/or begin migrating test
  suites to Playwright.
• Support functional testing for new features and bug fixes.
• Support regression testing and release validation for each sprint.
• Support business analysts and engineers developing and refining acceptance criteria.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, required
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience building test automating suites using Cucumber specifications and
  Selenium or Playwright.
• Experience testing applications based on user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience with manual testing and managing release verification in an agile
  environment.
