Test Engineer

Are you a skilled Testing Engineer with hands on experience in testing and validating complex electrical and mechanical systems in industrial environments? If yes, then you are the one we are looking for! Our client is seeking a highly motivated engineer to join their team working on cutting edge robotic and pipeline integrity solutions. You will play a critical role in ensuring the performance, safety, and reliability of robotic systems used in harsh field conditions.

The client is head quartered in the United States, specializes in providing coating services through robotic systems for onshore and offshore pipelines, refineries, and various other industrial plants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional, performance, and safety testing of robotic systems and subsystems.
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and protocols for electrical and mechanical components.
• Support the design and integration teams by providing feedback from testing activities.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electro mechanical issues in our robotic systems.
• Document test results, anomalies, and corrective actions in a clear and organized manner.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations for testing and safety.
• Assist in the designing, setup and maintenance of test rigs/setups, automated data acquisition systems for various electronics and mechanical systems.
• Participate in field trials and testing of systems when required.
• Continuously improve testing methodologies and contribute to product quality enhancements.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• Bachelors in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Min 5 years of hands on testing experience in electro mechanical or industrial systems.
• Strong understanding of testing protocols for electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in using testing tools such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, mustimeters, and DAQ systems.
• Familiarity with wiring diagrams, circuit testing, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Ability to troubleshoot system level issues independently.
• Good understanding of industrial safety standards and IPC testing practices.
• Language: Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Mindset: Analytical, detail oriented, and team focused with strong documentation skills.

Type of Employment: Permanent / Full time

Salary: SAR 10,675/Month (Inclusive of food allowance)
