About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager with a strong background in both Manual and Automation Testing, preferably within the Healthcare or Hospital Information System (HIS) domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the testing team, ensuring product quality, and establishing robust QA processes aligned with agile delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the QA team across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality product releases.
Define and implement effective test strategies, plans, and processes for manual and automation testing.
Collaborate closely with development, product management, and implementation teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Oversee automation framework design, script development, and maintenance.
Ensure proper documentation of test cases, defect logs, and test reports.
Track, analyze, and report quality metrics and testing progress.
Mentor and guide QA engineers in technical and process-related aspects.
Drive continuous improvement in QA methodologies and tools.
Manage end-to-end testing for HIS modules, ensuring domain compliance and accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience in software testing, including manual and automation testing.
Proven experience in Healthcare / HIS (Hospital Information System) projects.
Strong knowledge of test management tools, defect tracking systems, and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, TestNG, or similar).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Leadership experience in managing QA teams and multi-project environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Certification in testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is an added advantage.
