Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QA/testing team for mobile banking projects.
• Develop and refine test strategies and frameworks tailored to mobile platforms.
• Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and defect tracking.
• Ensure alignment of testing activities with project goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to understand requirements.
• Monitor and report on testing progress, quality metrics, and risk areas.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security standards during testing.

Required Skills & Qualification:

• Proven leadership experience in managing QA teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and mobile testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with banking applications and infrastructure.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
