Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Tester to join us on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing procedures. You will play a crucial role in the development lifecycle, working closely with our development and product teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of excellence before they reach our users.

Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality.
* Identify, record, and meticulously document bugs and defects.
* Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved to prevent recurring issues.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including developers and product managers, to understand system requirements and specifications.
* Conduct both manual and automated testing to ensure full coverage.
* Provide clear and concise feedback to the development team to help improve our products.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality assurance processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

* Proven work experience in software quality assurance or a similar role.
* A strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
* Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
* Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is highly desirable.
