Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Testing Lead with a strong background in UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) / Dimensions implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing end-to-end testing processes across multiple implementations, ensuring seamless delivery of functional and integration testing, system validation, and defect management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage testing activities across multiple UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions implementations.
• Oversee end-to-end testing of functional modules and integrations, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Conduct and manage System Integration Testing (SIT), support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinate Performance Testing.
• Validate and test critical WFM functionalities including:
• Time Keeping, Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting
• Analytics & Reporting
• Device & Mobile Configuration
• Accruals, Leave, Attendance, Attestation, Activities
• Business Structure, Release Management
• HyperFind queries, Workforce Genies, Calendars
• Data Access Control Concepts & Custom Reports
• Drive defect management processes, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth testing cycles and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and testing methodologies.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience in SIT, UAT support, Parallel Testing, and Regression Testing.
• Hands-on expertise in Automation Testing frameworks and tools.
• Strong background in end-to-end defect management and documentation practices.

Good-to-Have Qualifications

• UKG Pro Integration or UKG Pro WFM certifications (highly preferred).
• Prior experience with Kronos Workforce Central (WFC).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Confident presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹337,477.22 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
