Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from pre-suit through litigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand packages
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings in El Paso, Texas
• Assist with trial preparation and attend trial as needed
• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategy

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Tenacious
• Coachable
• Hungry to learn
• Licensed to practice law in Texas (must have passed the Texas Bar)
• Open to newly licensed attorneys or recent graduates
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a demanding environment
• Comfortable handling a high-volume caseload
• Ability to travel throughout TX occasionally for hearings, trial, or firm needs

Pay & Perks
$95,000 salary

Opportunity for case completion bonuses

$5,000 sign-on bonus after 60 day probationary period
