Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create original textile designs for athleisure wear, blending luxury aesthetics with functional performance fabrics.
• Develop prints, patterns, textures, and color palettes aligned with brand identity and seasonal trends.
• Collaborate with the design, production, and merchandising teams to ensure seamless translation from concept to final product.
• Research global fashion trends, textile innovations, and sustainable materials for product development.
• Prepare design boards, fabric swatches, and digital mock-ups for internal reviews and presentations.
• Liaise with textile mills, printers, and suppliers to ensure quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
• Maintain an organized archive of designs, samples, and production references.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in textile design, preferably in luxury fashion, sportswear, or athleisure.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and textile CAD software.
• Excellent understanding of fabric properties, weaving, knitting, and printing techniques.
• Creative flair with a keen eye for detail, color, and composition.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and meet tight deadlines.
