Textile Designer

We are seeking a talented Textile Designer to join our creative team and help us bring unique textile patterns and concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop original textile patterns, prints, and motifs for a range of products
• Research and stay updated on industry trends, color palettes, and materials to create trend-forward designs.
• Collaborate with the design and product development teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with brand identity.
• Create technical specifications and production-ready files, ensuring that designs are executable and cost-effective.
• Experiment with various fabrics, textures, and color techniques to achieve desired effects.
• Use design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and other tools to create digital renderings and samples.
• Attend meetings with clients or internal teams to present design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
• Monitor the production process to ensure design quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• 1+ years of proven experience as a Textile Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of textile designs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and other design software.
• Knowledge of textile production techniques, fabric types, and color theory.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for color, texture, and composition.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
