Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily production cycle, ensuring all textile orders are completed on schedule and meet quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate between the design team and the production floor to translate technical specifications into physical goods.
• Monitor raw material inventory levels and initiate procurement requests to prevent production downtime.
• Supervise and motivate production staff, ensuring clear communication of daily targets and safety protocols.
• Perform regular quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process to maintain the Officina-Tessile standard.
• Track production costs and resource utilization to identify areas for waste reduction and efficiency gains.
• Maintain detailed logs of production outputs and equipment maintenance schedules.

Skills and Requirements

• Textile Expertise: Solid understanding of fabric types, weaving/knitting processes, and garment construction.
