Textile Quality & Testing Specialist

What You will Do

The QC Inspector will work closely with the Head of QA and play a critical role in ensuring fabrics and finished bedding products meet our company and customer standards before shipment. This role combines hands on inspection with lab testing coordination to guarantee consistent, world class quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect end-to-end fabric production and finished bedding products for defects, shade variation, stitching, measurements, workmanship, and packaging
• Verify compliance with specifications (construction, GSM/TC, shrinkage, labeling, packaging, etc.)
• Coordinate and follow up on lab testing (shrinkage, colorfastness, performance, etc.) and review test results against standards
• Identify, document and report quality issues to the Head of QA
• Work closely with production and sourcing teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence
• Approve or reject goods based on defined quality standards
• Maintain inspection records, QC checklists, lab reports, and corrective action logs
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rework, and claims

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in textile or garment QC .
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, stitching, finishing and common textile defects
• Experience with or exposure to lab testing and performance standards is a strong plus
• Excellent attention to detail and strong inspection skills
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and measurements
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality decisions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Quality Control: 3 years (Preferred)
• Textile Lab Testing: 1 year (Preferred)
