Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Textile & Spinning Production Manager to join a leading and well-established organisation in the textile industry. Based in Alexandria, Egypt, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the spinning production process. This is a critical role that involves managing operations, optimising efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a deep technical understanding of textile manufacturing.

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the daily operations of the spinning mill, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and on schedule.
* Develop and implement strategic production plans, schedules, and workflows to maximise productivity.
* Uphold stringent quality control standards throughout the production process, from raw material inspection to finished yarn.
* Supervise, train, and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
* Oversee the maintenance and performance of all spinning machinery, coordinating with the engineering team to minimise downtime.
* Manage the production budget, analyse costs, and implement measures to improve cost-effectiveness.
* Ensure full compliance with company health, safety, and environmental policies and regulations.
* Liaise with other departments, including procurement, logistics, and sales, to ensure a seamless operational flow.
* Generate regular production reports and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline is essential.
* Proven experience in a production management role within a textile spinning environment.
* In-depth technical knowledge of spinning processes, machinery (such as carding, drawing, and ring spinning), and yarn properties.
* Demonstrable leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a large team.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent organisational and planning skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* A thorough understanding of health and safety standards within a manufacturing setting.
* Proficiency in relevant production management software and MS Office.
