Job Purpose

To deliver high-quality Chemistry education aligned with the CBSE curriculum, create a positive learning environment, and help students develop strong conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in Chemistry.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)Teaching & Lesson Delivery

• Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons as per CBSE standards.
• Explain Chemistry concepts clearly using effective teaching methods.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, experiments, and teaching aids for Grades 6–10.

Assessment & Evaluation

• Conduct regular tests, assignments, and practical assessments.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate academic records and student progress reports.

Curriculum Implementation

• Implement the prescribed CBSE Chemistry curriculum effectively.
• Ensure syllabus completion within the academic timeline.

Differentiated Instruction

• Use different teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
• Support slow learners, average learners, and advanced students accordingly.

Student Support

• Provide individual academic support to students when needed.
• Conduct extra classes or doubt-clearing sessions as required.
• Support Chemistry-related activities, labs, or academic programs to build student interest.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

• Improvement in student academic performance in Chemistry.
• Quality of teaching and classroom engagement.
• Timely completion of syllabus and assessments.
• Student participation and conceptual understanding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Chemistry with B.Ed (preferred).
• 2–5 years of teaching experience in CBSE schools.
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
• Willingness to stay on campus and join immediately.
