Job Title: TGT Computer ScienceJob Summary:

The TGT Computer Science Teacher is responsible for teaching Computer Science and Information Technology to students of Classes 6 to 10, focusing on both theoretical knowledge and practical skills as per the school curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Computer Science subjects as per CBSE/State Board syllabus
• Explain concepts such as computer fundamentals, programming basics, networks, and data handling
• Conduct practical sessions in the computer lab
• Teach basic programming languages (Scratch / Python / HTML – as per syllabus)
• Ensure cyber safety and responsible digital behavior among students
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments
• Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records
• Maintain discipline and safety in the computer lab
• Coordinate with IT staff for system maintenance
• Participate in school activities, training, and meetings

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate in Computer Science / IT / Computer Applications
• (MCA / M.Sc CS / M.Tech / BE – CS/IT)
• B.Ed mandatory (as per CBSE norms)

• CTET / State TET preferredRequired Skills & Competencies:

• Strong subject knowledge in Computer Science
• Good command over programming basics
• Effective classroom and lab management
• Strong communication and explanation skills
• Basic troubleshooting knowledge

Experience

• 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
