Job Responsibilities

• Teach Computer Science and Information Technology subjects across assigned classes (Primary, Middle, and/or Senior level as per requirement).
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the school curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board as applicable).
• Train students in theoretical as well as practical aspects of computer education, including:
• Basics of computers & MS Office
• Programming languages (C/C++, Java, Python, etc.)
• Internet & digital literacy
• Multimedia tools and emerging technologies
• Manage computer lab sessions, ensuring proper use and maintenance of systems.
• Design and assess assignments, projects, and examinations.
• Guide students in inter-school IT competitions, exhibitions, and practical projects.
• Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies, including smart classes and digital resources.
• Maintain discipline, academic progress records, and foster a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to school activities.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Applications (BCA/MCA, B.Sc./M.Sc. in CS/IT, or equivalent).
• B.Ed. preferred (mandatory for senior classes as per CBSE norms).
• Strong subject knowledge and practical expertise in computers and programming.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students with creative teaching methods.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and e-learning platforms.

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred (freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply).
