Core Roles and Responsibilities include the following duties:

• Curriculum & Lesson Planning: Design, implement, and update engaging lesson plans and computer science curricula that align with educational standards (like CBSE
• Classroom Instruction: Deliver lessons on a wide range of topics, which can range from basic computer use (typing, MS Office, internet safety) to advanced topics (programming languages like Python, Java, web design, AI, and robotics).
• Student Evaluation: Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and tests, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Lab Management & Technical Support: Manage and maintain computer lab equipment and systems, ensuring all hardware and software are functional. This includes basic troubleshooting of technical issues.
• Collaboration & Integration: Work with other teachers and staff to integrate technology across various subjects, enhancing the overall educational experience.
• Extracurricular Activities: Organize and lead extracurricular activities, such as coding clubs or tech fairs, to further engage students in the field.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest trends in technology and education, incorporating innovative tools and methods into teaching practices.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with parents/guardians and school administration regarding student performance and academic progress.
