About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate TGT English Teacher to join our institution in Bihar. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to engage students in meaningful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English to students as per the curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
• Create an engaging and supportive classroom environment.
• Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.
• Support students’ overall development through innovative teaching methods.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and training programs.
• Maintain discipline and ensure a safe learning environment.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to create interactive and student-centered lessons.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with modern teaching tools and methodologies.
