● Managing classroom activities and student behaviour. ● Assist in designing a complete teaching plan. ● Follow the teaching plan. ● Help the students in the classroom activities. ● Use and organise learning material and resources. ● Motivate the children to participate in every activity. ● Regularly communicate with parents. ● Evaluate children's performance and progress. ● Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations. ● Preparing Monthly Planners, Weekly Planners, DLM Daily Learning Movements. ● Attending professional development classes and programs. ● Preparing progress reports, report cards and student evaluations. ● Assessing students’ abilities and development. ● Implementing activities to stimulate student learning. ● Understanding and using educational technology from laptops to smart boards, classrooms are increasingly turning to technology to enhance students’ learning experience. ● Ability to adopt diverse teaching methods ● Pursue professional development opportunities ● Willingness to work outside of the classroom to help students build academic skills. ● Conduct Parents Teacher Meetings ● IQ Panel Management, Google Classrooms, Google docs, Sheets etc
