TGT English Teacher

Position: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Teach and guide students of Classes 6–10 as per CBSE/ICSE curriculum.
• Prepare effective lesson plans, teaching material, and daily class activities.
• Conduct regular assessments, evaluate answer sheets, and maintain academic records.
• Support students academically and help them strengthen weak areas.
• Use modern teaching methods, digital tools, and smart classroom techniques.
• Coordinate with academic departments for curriculum planning and execution.
• Guide students for competitions, Olympiads, and subject-related events.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Participate in PTMs, school events, and teacher training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject.
• B.Ed. is mandatory.
• Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• Classroom management ability and student engagement skills.
• Experience preferred (2–3 years), but freshers with strong skills may also apply.
• Comfortable using digital teaching tools (smart classes, online platforms).
