Job Title: TGT English Teacher

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Teach English to middle school students as per CBSE/ICSE curriculum standards.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons to develop students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and examination materials.
• Evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills.
• Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
• Support slow learners through remedial teaching and enrichment activities.
• Coordinate with parents and academic teams regarding student progress.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, trainings, and examination duties.
• Maintain academic records and follow school policies and guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English with B.Ed (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant teaching experience as a TGT English teacher.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and smart classroom practices.
• Passion for teaching and student development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
