Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging English lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum for middle and secondary grades
• Foster reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills through interactive learning
• Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and remedial strategies to support diverse learners
• Maintain academic records, track student progress, and provide constructive feedback
• Organize literary activities, debates, and language enrichment programs
• Collaborate with faculty and participate in school events, PTMs, and professional development

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English or related field
• B.Ed. (mandatory) with specialization in English
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in CBSE schools
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and classroom technology
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
