Position Overview: TGT Hindi

The Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Hindi will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in Hindi language and literature for middle and secondary school students (Grades 6–10). The role requires a strong command of the Hindi language, effective teaching strategies, and a passion for fostering language skills, cultural appreciation, and literary understanding among students.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching Duties:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
  • Create lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments tailored to students’ learning levels.
  • Foster a love for Hindi through poetry, prose, grammar, and interactive language activities.
  • Use a variety of instructional methods including storytelling, drama, discussions, and digital tools to enhance learning.
  • Encourage reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills through structured practice and creative expression.

Student Development:

  • Monitor and assess student performance, providing constructive feedback and remedial support as needed.
  • Support individual learning needs through differentiated instruction and inclusive classroom practices.
  • Promote literary appreciation and language enrichment through class activities, reading programs, and language games.
  • Maintain open communication with parents through PTMs and regular academic updates.

Administrative & Compliance:

  • Maintain academic records, student portfolios, and subject-related documentation as per school policies.
  • Ensure timely syllabus completion in alignment with CBSE guidelines.
  • Assist with internal assessments, periodic tests, and exam duties including invigilation and evaluation.

Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi or Hindi Literature.
  • B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education)Mandatory

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience teaching Hindi at the middle or secondary school level, preferably in a CBSE school.
  • Familiarity with digital teaching tools, smart classrooms, and interactive teaching practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sikar, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
