1. Curriculum Delivery and Instruction

  • Plan and deliver effective Hindi lessons aligned with the CBSE syllabus, focusing on language skills: reading, writing, grammar, comprehension, and oral communication.
  • Use NCERT textbooks and supplementary resources to develop students’ proficiency in Hindi.
  • Incorporate innovative teaching methods including interactive activities, audio-visual aids, and technology-enhanced learning.

2. Assessment and Evaluation

  • Prepare, administer, and evaluate class tests, periodic assessments, and term examinations as per CBSE guidelines.
  • Monitor individual student progress, provide timely feedback, and identify areas requiring remedial support.

3. Student Engagement and Development

  • Encourage participation in Hindi debates, elocution, creative writing, and cultural activities to enhance language skills and confidence.
  • Provide remedial coaching to students with learning difficulties to ensure inclusivity.

4. Administrative and Professional Duties

  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson plans, assessment results, and student portfolios.
  • Participate actively in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and professional development workshops.
  • Collaborate with colleagues for interdisciplinary projects and school events.

5. Continuous Professional Development

  • Stay updated with CBSE curriculum changes, pedagogical best practices, and attend training programs.
  • Integrate 21st-century skills and CBSE’s competency-based education approach into teaching.
