Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Delivery: Teach Hindi grammar, literature, reading, writing, and speaking using creative methods (audio-visuals, activities).
• Curriculum Alignment: Develop and deliver lessons following school/CBSE guidelines.
• Assessment: Evaluate students through tests, assignments, projects, and class participation.
• Classroom Management: Create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
• Student Support: Provide individual attention and encourage participation in cultural activities.
• Collaboration: Work with other teachers, parents, and admin, attending meetings and training.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on new teaching methods and technology.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: B.A./M.A. in Hindi + B.Ed (Mandatory).
• Subject Expertise: Strong knowledge of Hindi grammar and literature.
• Skills: Excellent communication (Hindi/English), classroom management, motivation, and basic computer skills.
• Experience: Prior experience (often 2+ years) in teaching Grades 6-10.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
