Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic TGT Hindi Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to middle and secondary classes, ensuring strong conceptual clarity and engaging classroom delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons as per the curriculum guidelines.
• Develop structured lesson plans, worksheets, teaching materials & activities to enhance conceptual understanding.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create an encouraging learning atmosphere.
• Track and report student progress to parents and academic coordinators.
• Integrate technology into teaching (Smart Boards, Digital Content, etc).
• Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school activities.
• Encourage participation in co-curricular activities such as debates, poetry recitation, drama, and cultural programs related to Hindi.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: M.A/ B.A in Hindi Literature with B.Ed.
• Experience: Minimum 4-5 yrs of teaching experience at the Middle & Senior Secondary (CBSE) level.
• Strong command over the subject and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in using smart classroom tools, simulations, and technology-integrated teaching methods.
• Ability to prepare students for Olympiads and competitive exams.

Salary as per industry norms.
