TGT HINDI (Female)

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Develop and teach Hindi language, literature, prose, and poetry, aligning with school syllabi (e.g., ICSE).
• Student Engagement: Create interactive activities, debates, and recitations to build reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and projects, providing individual support.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaboration: Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and professional development.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain student records, prepare lesson plans, and supervise activities.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hindi.
• Certification: B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is usually mandatory.
• Experience: Relevant teaching experience at the secondary level.
• Skills: Excellent Hindi & English communication, strong command of grammar/literature, classroom management, tech proficiency (smart boards), and interpersonal skills.

Additional Duties (Depending on School)

• Pastoral care and supervisory roles.
• Online/offline teaching readiness.
• Participation in extracurricular school events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
