Key Responsibilities:1️ Teaching & Academic Duties
- Teach Hindi language and literature to Classes VI to X as per CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.
- Prepare annual lesson plans, unit plans, and daily teaching schedules.
- Develop students’ skills in reading, writing, grammar (Vyakaran), and comprehension.
- Teach prose, poetry, and supplementary readers with proper explanation and interpretation.
- Conduct regular assessments, class tests, and term examinations.
- Prepare worksheets, assignments, and question papers.
2️ Language & Literary Development
- Encourage creative writing, debates, storytelling, and recitation.
- Promote correct pronunciation, vocabulary development, and grammar usage.
- Organize Hindi-related activities such as Hindi Diwas, poetry recitation, and essay competitions.
3️ Classroom Management
- Maintain discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
- Identify slow learners and provide remedial support.
- Encourage active participation and interactive discussions.
4️ Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance and academic records.
- Prepare report cards and provide feedback to parents.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
- Assist in organizing school functions and co-curricular activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) with Hindi as a subject.
- B.Ed. (Mandatory as per school norms).
- CTET/TET qualified (as applicable).
Skills Required:
- Strong command of Hindi language and literature.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to make literature engaging and relatable.
- Basic computer knowledge and smart classroom handling.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
