Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) : Mathematics, Applied Mathematics

Required Qualifications :

1. Master's Degree: In the relevant subject .

2. Teaching Qualification: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or equivalent teaching qualification.

3. Strong Subject Knowledge: Strong understanding of the subject matter and pedagogical practices.

4. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Classroom Management: Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and student behavior.

6. Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in using technology tools for teaching and assessment.

Job Summary : The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive instruction, assessing student progress, and providing guidance and support to ensure students achieve academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Curriculum Delivery: Teach the full syllabus of the designated subject, develop detailed lesson plans, and deliver engaging presentations using visual aids and technology tools.

2. Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct regular classroom assessments, design and administer periodic examinations, and analyze student performance data to identify areas of strength and weakness.

3. Student Support and Guidance: Provide individual and small group tutoring, mentor and advise students on career pathways, and encourage critical thinking, analytical skills, and independent learning habits.

4. Co-curricular Activities: Participate in school-wide events, supervise student projects and research endeavors, and prepare students for competitive exams if applicable.

5. Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest advancements in the subject field, collaborate with other teachers to share best practices, and contribute to curriculum development and review processes.
